Overview

PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic obtained by extrusion molding of polyether ether ketone resin. It has similar chemical resistance and water resistance to PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), but has a higher continuous operating temperature (250°C / 480°F) than PPS (220°C / 426°F). Due to its high heat resistance and flame retardancy even in harsh working environments such as hot water or steam, PEEK is widely used in various fields such as electrical, electronic, and aerospace industries.
