STEP 1. New Member Registration

If you are a first-time user, please register as a new member (free of charge).
We will send an email to your registered email address with information about completing your membership. (Please wait until you receive the confirmation email.)

STEP 2. Select the Product and Add it to Your Shopping Cart

Please log in to the site using your registered email address and password.
After logging in, the wholesale price will be displayed on the product page.
Add the product to your cart, click the cart icon (top right of the screen), and check the 'Cart Contents' page.
Once the product has been added, if everything is correct, click the 'Proceed to Provisional Order' button.

STEP 3. Enter Your Order Information

When entering your order information, please select delivery details, payment method, and whether or not you require a receipt.
After entering the information, click the 'Proceed to Confirmation Screen' button to go to the confirmation page.

*Customer information will be taken from your member registration. If changes are needed, please update them in the 'Member Registration Information' section of your My Page.

STEP 4. Completion of Provisional Registration

Please check the order confirmation page to ensure all details are correct.
If there are no issues, click the 'Confirm Order' button to finalize the provisional order.
The provisional order acceptance screen will appear, and your order will be completed.
After this, we will confirm the order details and stock availability.

STEP 5. Stock and Delivery Information

You will receive a 'Delivery Notification' email from us.
Please check the details and confirm that there are no issues with the delivery date.
If the product you ordered is not immediately available, we will inform you of an alternative product via this email.

*As our products are also sold at other stores, items may sometimes be sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience.

STEP 6. Confirming the Order

If there are no issues with the 'Delivery Notification,' please proceed with payment.
*If you are using cash on delivery or public funds, please wait for the product to be shipped.
Your order will be confirmed once we have confirmed your payment.
Product inventory will not be secured until your order is confirmed, so please complete payment as soon as possible.

STEP 7. Shipping of Products

Your order will be shipped.
Please wait a little while for delivery.
